Le menu est donc impos&#233; par la m&#233;t&#233;o: ce sera fondue au fromage!<\/p>\n<p>D&#233;sol&#233;, chers fran&#231;ais, mais ce ne sera pas une fondue savoyarde, mais une vraie, une pure, une 100% gruy&#233;rienne fondue moiti&#233;-moiti&#233;; moiti&#233; gruy&#232;re AOC et moiti&#233; vacherin. Et ce qui ne g&#226;te rien, c&#8217;est qu&#8217;il me suffit de traverser la route pour acheter ma fondue, puisque la laiterie est juste en face. Lait du village, fromage du village. On ne peut plus local comme nourriture!<\/p>\n<p>Petit bonus: mon fromager a re&#231;u la m&#233;daille d&#8217;or du meilleur gruy&#232;re AOC aux derni&#232;res <a href=\"http:\/\/www.caseusmontanus.ch\/\">olympiades des fromages de montagne<\/a>, qui viennent d&#8217;avoir lieu &#224; Seignel&#233;gier. Pour le m&#234;me fromage, il a aussi re&#231;u la m&#233;daille d&#8217;or pour le meilleur fromages &#224; p&#226;te dure &#224; cro&#251;te emmorg&#233;e.
